Terms of service

This Agreement defines the terms of use by the Users of the materials and services of the site (hereinafter referred to as the «Site»).
General terms
1.1. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Site, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.
1.3. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect 3 (Three) days from the date of posting the new version of the Agreement on the website. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he is obliged to refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.

  1. Obligations of the User
    2.1. The user agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating the legislation of Ukraine or the norms of international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and / or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site and services Site.
    2.2. Using the materials of the Site without the consent of the copyright holders is not allowed (Article 424 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). For the lawful use of the materials on the Site, it is necessary to conclude licensing agreements (obtaining licenses) from the Copyright Holders.
    2.3. When citing materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, a link to the Site is required.
    2.4. Comments and other entries of the User on the Site should not conflict with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
    2.5. The user is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the site.
    2.6. The user accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Site or any part of them may be accompanied by advertising. The user agrees that the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.
    Other conditions
    3.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
    3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Site Administration of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.
    3.3. The recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or not subject to enforceability does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.
    3.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take later appropriate actions in defense of their interests and protection of copyright for the materials of the Site protected in accordance with the legislation.

Consent to the processing and protection of personal data
By placing an order, the User agrees to the processing and use of his personal data (in particular, to the use, entry into the database, distribution, transfer to third parties, addition or other change, deletion and other actions that the Site Administration can carry out with personal data in writing (paper), electronic or other form), including but not limited to the following data: name, surname, patronymic, date of birth, passport data, personal image (photo and video), contact information (addresses, phone number), as well as other information , which are implemented by the Site Administration or third parties through this website, as well as for the purpose of protecting consumer rights and for the purpose of maintaining the Site Administration of economic activities, maintaining statistics, for the purpose of maintaining accounting and tax accounting, for communication and contractual relations with government agencies, counterparties and other third parties in the course of business activity, to comply with internal rules and procedures in the course of the Site’s activities, as well as for other purposes that do not contradict the current legislation.
